CAPF Presents the Changing Faces of Foodservice

TORONTO — The Canadian Association of Foodservice Professionals (CAFP) Toronto Branch has released details of its The Changing Faces of Foodservice event in September.

The goal of the event is to bring together operators, manufacturers, distributors and educators to discuss the ever-changing foodservice environment, covering topics such as food trends, consumer behaviour, economic impact and opportunities.

Taking place on Sept. 12 at the Mississauga Convention Centre, the day’s agenda includes networking, opening remarks by Nancy Hewitt, CFE, branch president, an industry insight/overview presented by Technomic’s Margot Swindall and a panel discussion moderated by Dana McCauley of Foodstarter.
