TORONTO — The Ontario Hostelry Institute (OHI) has released the names of the honorees who will be celebrated at the Gold Awards this year. The awards will be handed out on April 20 during the OHI Gold Awards Dinner at the Four Seasons Hotel.
The 2017 Gold Award honorees are:
• Foodservice Chain/Group Operator— A&W Food Services of Canada Inc.
• Independent Restaurateur — Marc Lepine
• Hotelier— Ameer Wakil,White Oaks Resort & Spa
• Educator — Craig Youdale
• Media and Publishing — Owen Roberts
• Chef — Jason Bangerter
• Supplier— John Bil
• Artisan — Norman Hardie
