MONTREAL — Air Canada is set to open an Air Canada Signature Suite for its top international business customers at its Toronto Pearson global hub.

The new suite, which will open on December 1, allows premium customers to dine à la carte at a complimentary, full-service restaurant from a menu created by chef David Hawksworth. High-quality wine and spirits supplied by Diageo and Moët and Chandon Champagne will also be available.

The 6,400-sq.-ft. suite is located near the Air Canada international departure gates at Toronto Pearson Terminal 1, and can accommodate up to 160 premium customers.

“Customers can indulge in an à la carte meal service in the suite’s complimentary restaurant or partake of fine wines, champagne and specialty cocktails in a relaxed atmosphere accented with original Canadian art and maple, marble and polished limestone finishes,” says Benjamin Smith, president, Passenger Airlines at Air Canada.

The suite will feature a mural by Ottawa artist Gavin Lynch, a Cloudscape Chandelier by Toronto design firm Moss & Lam and artwork by Montreal artists Pascale Girardin and Nicolas Ruel.
