MONTREAL — Air France has launched a new in-flight program offering dishes created by Michelin-starred chef Daniel Boulud on flights departing from Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver. The new dishes will be available to business cabin guests through February 2018.

Every month, a new dish will be offered to customers in the business cabin. Daniel Boulud — creator of the Café Boulud at the Four Seasons Hotel in Toronto and Maison Boulud at the Ritz-Carlton Montreal — is inspired by the great French culinary traditions, which he enhances with warm spices and flavours from around the globe. Featured dishes include salmon with fennel, chickpea and sumac; braised Chicken Basquaise with chorizo, peppers and saffron rice; and braised lamb with spring root vegetables.
