TORONTO — Chef Antonio Park is the new culinary leader of Chase Hospitality Group’s (CHG) Kasa Moto restaurant, reports Toronto Life.
The Montreal-based chef is best known for his sushi restaurant Park, as well as other restaurant projects, including Lavanderia, Jatoba, Kampai, Flyjin and Café Bazin.
In joining CHG, Park has brought along Takeshi Horinoue, who will lead the kitchen and Kasa Moto as its new executive chef. Together, the pair are set to revamp the restaurant’s menu.
