WINNIPEG — Applebee’s and SkipTheDishes announced an official nationwide delivery partnership.
Select Applebee’s restaurants will begin offering delivery with live GPS tracking in major cities across North America — including Calgary, Winnipeg, and Regina — with plans to expand to additional cities, making it the first casual-dining chain to offer nationwide live GPS tracking of deliveries
“We’re very pleased to be able to offer our guests this new feature so they can continue to enjoy favourites straight to their home or office,” says Mohit Malhotra, director of Operations for Dynapple Management Corporation, the largest Applebee’s franchisor in Canada.
Customers type in their address on the SkipTheDishes app or website to see if they fall within Applebee’s delivery area, browse the menu and order directly online. Once an order has been placed, the customer receives live order updates and real-time GPS tracking of their food.
