MONTREAL — A Bâton Rouge restaurant is now open in Quebec City. Located at Place Ste-Foy, the 455-seat location has three private dining rooms for conferences, meetings and special events. There is also a VIP lounge for patrons 18 and over. An official grand opening party is scheduled for June 15.

“The brand new concept and decor represent a notable transition for the brand as they are part of our plan to rejuvenate and revitalize the banner and further build on its modernized identity,” says Frank Hennessey, president and CEO of Imvescor — Bâton Rouge Steakhouse & Bar’s franchisor company.

The design by Qanta Architecture and Lucier Tremblay intérieurs offers a modern, casual look and features a large patio which wraps around two facades.

Daniel Tremblay is the owner of Bâton Rouge Ste-Foy and also serves as president of Le Groupe D Resto.
