TORONTO — The Beer Store announced it will be experimenting with same-day home delivery of beer through its Beer Xpress e-commerce site, starting with Ottawa and Scarborough.
“Home delivery is a natural evolution of our Beer-Xpress program and we look forward to bringing it to Ottawa and Scarborough for the pilot,” says Beer Store president, Ted Moroz. “The areas were selected based on a number of criteria including market demand and the number of stores in the delivery footprint.”
Scarborough and Ottawa customers within the designated delivery areas can choose from among the 800-plus brands available and purchase via beerxpress.ca. The service offers a targeted two-hour delivery window.
