VANCOUVER — Boston Pizza Royalties Income Fund and Boston Pizza International Inc. (BPI) have announced that Mark G. Pacinda will retire from his role as the president and CEO of BPI on Oct. 31.
Pacinda will also resign as a director and CEO of Boston Pizza GP Inc. — the managing general partner of Boston Pizza Royalties Limited Partnership — and as an officer of certain subsidiaries of BPI.
Jordan Holm, currently the executive vice-president, Marketing and Communications of BPI, will succeed Pacinda as president of BPI and as a director and the president of Boston Pizza GP Inc.
