Burger King Perks Up Coffee Menu

MIAMI — Coffee wars in the quick-service segment continue to heat up stateside with the Miami-based Burger King’s launch of 10 new premium brews.

“Burger King brand’s new specialty coffee line is the latest example of our commitment to delivering a great-tasting product customized to evolving consumer tastes,” said Eric Hirschhorn, VP of Global Innovation, Burger King Worldwide.

“Continuing to innovate and improve the Burger King brand’s coffee and beverage platforms are among our top priorities for the year,”

The new blends include the introduction of a smoother Seattle’s Best with Latin American Arabica beans as well as decaf (starting at US$1), four iced coffees (US$1.49, plain, vanilla, mocha and caramel) and four lattes (US$2.29, plain, vanilla, mocha and caramel).
