CANDIAC, Que — Cascades Tissue Group today announces that 33 of its corporate partners and distributors received environmental achievement awards for their strong partnership and commitment to offering environmentally preferable products.
The award-winners include 23 U.S. and 10 Canadian businesses with sales of products that clearly represent Cascades commitment to environmental sustainability. By offering their commercial and industrial customers tissue paper products made from 100 percent recycled fiber, instead of virgin fiber, the environmental achievement award recipients saved 845,209 trees equivalent to 2,108 American football fields.
