TORONTO — Chase Hospitality has carried on its expansion across Toronto with a new, permanent pop-up style eatery inside a beauty bar.
The Toronto-based chain has partnered with King Street spa, Her Majesty’s Pleasure, to launch Colette Petit Café, which will offer pastries, salads and sandwiches to guests receiving manicures and other spa services. “We’re very excited to partner with Her Majesty’s Pleasure and bring our offerings directly to King Street West. For both special events and daily dining, Colette Petit Café will enhance what is already a one-of-a-kind experience in Toronto,” said Steven Salm, president of Chase Hospitality Group.
Led by Colette Grand Café chef Michael Steh and pastry chef Leslie Steh, Colette Petit Café’s menu will include espresso, cocktails, beer and wine as well as custom cakes, afternoon tea and canapés for special events and group bookings.
