VANCOUVER — Tap and Barrel Restaurants is set to open a new beer-focused concept in Vancouver’s Brewery Creek neighbourhood next month, reports Canadian Beer News.
Brewhall will be a brewery and restaurant, which will feature a 10-tank brewery that will focus on collaboration beers and small-batch product innovation. Eight of the 10 tanks will directly feed the venue’s food-hall taps, while the remaining two will be used for cans and kegs.
Beyond house brews, Brewhall will feature food made with local ingredients (available for take-out) alongside a selection of local wines and craft cocktails.
