TORONTO — Vancouver-based catering company, Foodee, is now serving lunch to Toronto’s massive array of corporate offices.
“Our goal is to change the corporate lunch hour,” said Ryan Spong, CEO of Foodee. “Eating great food together is the ultimate team-building exercise, and we want to make that happen with the best food the city has to offer in the easiest way possible.”
The online meal delivering company has partnered with local restaurants such as Portland Variety, Caplansky’s, P&L Burger, Salad King and more to deliver those restaurants’ cuisine to boardrooms across the city. Meals are stored inside biodegradable packaging, delivered via trike or low-emission vehicle and tracked by GPS for the customer.
