VANCOUVER — Bauhaus Restaurant will host a chef-collaboration dinner in late January 2018 with famed German chef Harald Wohlfahrt.
On Jan. 30 and 31, chef Wohlfahrt will collaborate on two exclusive dinners at the Vancouver restaurant owned by Uwe Boll.
Wohlfahrt is one of Germany’s most accomplished chefs, having held three Michelin stars at his restaurant, Die Schwarzwaldstube, for 25 years.
