MONTREAL — Chef John Winter Russell and partner Danielle Bitton have opened their new Montreal joint, Restaurant Candide.
The new restaurant is located in Little Burgundy’s Salon 1861 — a newly transformed church set to become a neighbourhood hub.
Candide will offer regional, seasonal fare on a four-course table d’hôte menu at a fixed price of $40 to $45 per person, Winter Russell told Eater Montreal.
The restaurant will be open Wednesday through Sunday from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.
