TORONTO — In celebration of Canada’s 150th birthday, Museum Canada has released a cookbook titled Great Canadian Masters, showcasing a slew of Canada’s best chefs, many of whom hail from Niagara College.
Niagara College president Dan Patterson and Niagara College dean and manager of the Canadian Food and Wine Institute Craig Youdale were recently at the Royal Ontario Museum to officially launch the new title. Great Canadian Masters pairs great works of art with inspirational recipes by Canadian chefs. The cookbook also features a biography for each featured chef.
Great Canadian Masters will be available at the Niagara College winery and at museums across Canada for $30.
