CHARLOTTETOWN — A Relish Gourmet Burgers location has closed its doors after only six months in business, but fortunately a new concept is slated to open next month, reports The Guardian.
According to the news source, a local businessman, Paul Haddad, said he plans to open a full-service restaurant, featuring homemade recipes of seafood, beef, chicken, steak and Lebanese food.
“I had been looking for a place for the past year,” he told The Guardian. “When this opportunity came along, I said, ‘I’ll take it.’”
Haddad plans to install new equipment and work on plumbing, electrical, exterior work and general cleaning, with the goal of opening by October. [theguardian.pe.ca]
