VAUGHAN, Ont. — A Bâton Rouge location in Vaughan, Ont. has reopened following renovations. Imvescor Restaurant Group Inc. partnered with owner and franchisee Joseph Triassi to update the location to the brand’s new modern design.

“This new concept is a natural evolution for our Bâton Rouge brand. This project is yet another step in our plan to rejuvenate and revitalize our banner by building on our core strengths,” says Frank Hennessey, president and CEO of Imvescor.

The 260-seat restaurant features a semi-private lounge available for conferences, special events and business meetings, as well as a large terrace. The restaurant also boasts unique light fixtures installed in each section.

“This is an exciting time for Bâton Rouge,” says Nipun Sharma, COO for Bâton Rouge Steakhouse & Bar. “We’re continuing to work closely with our existing franchisees in Ontario to support their growth. We intend to stay true to our history and menu, and always do our best to ensure a stellar customer experience for our guests.”

The restaurant’s reopening was celebrated with a grand-opening party held on Oct. 11, which featured special guests from the Vaughan region and the restaurant’s key suppliers.
