Night Market Returns to Drake One Fifty

TORONTO — Drake Hotel Properties’ stand-alone restaurant, Drake One Fifty, will launch its third year of Twilight Tuesdays Night Market next month.

On Tuesday evenings this August, the restaurant will transform the York Street Parkette into a mini night market filled with gourmet street food, summer treats, live musical performances and art installations.

During Twilight Tuesdays, Drake One Fifty’s corporate executive chef, Ted Corrado, and chef de cuisine Jon Pong will be on-site cooking up some of the restaurant’s classic dishes alongside a rotating roster of Financial District restaurants — including Pizzeria Libretto, Momofuku, Tundra, Gabardine, Richmond Station, Smoke Signals BBQ and Thoroughbred.

Proceeds from these events will help support Out of the Cold at Toronto’s St. Andrew’s Church, a community program offering judgment-free services to those in need across Toronto. Over the last two years, The Drake has raised more than $12,000 for the program, providing thousands of warm meals to the most vulnerable segment of the Financial District community.
