MONTREAL — The team behind Joe Beef has unveiled its new wine bar in Montreal’s Little Italy — Vin Mon Lapin.
The restaurant is led by Joe Beef owners Dave McMillan, Alison Cunningham and Fred Morin, as well as sommelier Vanya Filipovic and chef Marc-Olivier Frappier. According to Eater Montreal, Frappier will take a lead role in guiding the establishment, while chef Jessica Noël will head its kitchen.
Vin Mon Lapin is the team’s first restaurant outside of Little Burgundy — the neighbourhood that is home to Joe Beef, Liverpool House and Vin Papillon. The wine bar features a rotating menu that focuses on natural wines and local farm-fresh foods.
