Burger’s Priest has developed the most Canadian burger imaginable. The chain’s over-the-top surf ‘n’ turf-themed Confederation Burger, which will only be offered on Canada Day, is made with Ontario-farmed bacon, Nova Scotia lobster tail and Quebec maple syrup fried into the patty ($18.67).
