TORONTO — Pizza Pizza is wrapping up National Pizza Month with its annual Slices-for-Smiles promotion, which benefits 14 children’s hospitals across Canada.
“Everyone loves pizza,” said John Hartman, COO, Canada for Children’s Miracle Network. “So, really the proposition is simple. We’re asking people to enjoy a good deal and a smile pizza knowing that a portion of the proceeds goes to raising critical funds and awareness for our children’s hospitals.”
Participating Pizza Pizza restaurants across Ontario, Quebec, Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Nova Scotia will offer a medium pepperoni pizza for $4.99 until Nov. 10 and 10-inch half smile pizza for $2 until Oct. 27.
Since launching the Slices-for-Smiles program in 2007, Pizza Pizza and its customers and partners have raised more than $1 million for children’s charities.
