TORONTO ― Re-development plans for Calgary’s historic St. Louis Hotel have been filed to the Calgary Municipal Land Corporation.
The proposal includes a restaurant and bar on the main floor and basement and office space on the two upper levels. The project will cost approximately $9 million.
Built in 1914, the 22,500-sq.-ft. property was renovated in 1959 and 2008 but has been vacant for more than 10 years.
The project is expected to be completed by June 2016.
