Red Sauce Replaces Toronto’s Acadia

TORONTO — Red Sauce, a new restaurant, has replaced Acadia in Toronto’s Little Italy neighbourhood.

According to Toronto Life, the new restaurant features Italian sandwiches, miniature calzones and veal parmigiana rolls from local grocery stores, including The Butcher Shoppe and Hooked. The beverage menu includes Ontario wine as well as a selection of cocktails and negronis. The decor has been changed and now resembles a 1950s-style diner with wooden booths and teal-green wainscoting. [torontolife.com]
