TORONTO — Richtree Natural Market Restaurants has opened its new flagship 20,000-sq.-ft. market restaurant concept in Toronto Eaton Centre.

Richtree’s 11 eateries include a fair-trade coffee station, a natural beef and turkey grill, an organic salad bar, a deli, a Street Eats section with Mexican tacos and burritos, a Bosco Heart Pizza place and more.
The restaurant also features more than 50 LCD screens, a 23-foot video wall, touch-screen kiosks for multi-kitchen ordering, a high-tech kids area, a Market Pass app for mobile payment and a virtual hostess, a hologram that welcomes customers to the Richtree experience.
