TORONTO — SIAL Canada, the International Food and Beverage tradeshow, returns to Toronto for the third time from April 28 to 30 at the city’s Direct Energy Centre.
This year, visitors from at least 60 countries are expected to attend to see more than 800 exhibitors. Special features include an Indonesia Pavillion comprised of 25 companies, the 10th edition of the Olive d’Or extra-virgin olive oil competition and the return of La Cuisine by SIAL, Cheese by SIAL and The Lab, which examines the pastry arts.
Last year, the tradeshow had record-breaking numbers in Montreal — with 786 exhibitors from more than 43 countries and nearly 15,000 professional visitors from 61 countries.
