Smokin’ ‘Mexi-Potle’ Burger

Ingredients  
1 lb. ground sirloin
1 lb. ground brisket
1 lb. ground chicken
3 Tbsp Tabasco brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp chili powder
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
4 each, potato buns, split
1 cup grilled onion relish
1/2 cup green chilis, roasted

Instructions

  1. Combine sirloin, brisket, chicken, Tabasco Chipotle Pepper Sauce, cumin, paprika, chili powder, salt and pepper in bowl and mix.
  2. Form into 4-oz. patties. Place on grill and cook to order.
  3. Grill buns lightly. Place burger on bun bottom and top with grilled onion relish, roasted green chilis and bun top.
