TORONTO — Taste of Toronto organizers have revealed the lineup of top chefs and restaurants participating in the second-annual event, which brings chefs and food-and-drink producers together in an outdoor festival.

New additions to the lineup include renowned chefs Masaharu Morimoto, Lynn Crawford and Stuart Cameron. “To be welcomed into the city’s vibrant and innovative food community is such an honour,” said Morimoto, who is set to debut signature dishes from his highly anticipated debut venture in Canada, scheduled to open later this year in Toronto’s King West neighbourhood. Other new additions to the festival include Alvin Leung and Eric Chong, his MasterChef Canada protégé. They will all be joined by Stuart Cameron from Byblos, Patria and Weslodge; the Kinka Family from Guu Toronto, Kintori Yakitori and Kinton Ramen, among others. Celebrity chefs Massimo Capra, Rick Moonen, Jonathan Waxman, Michael Bonacini and Mark McEwan, will also join the festivities.

Taste of Toronto runs from July 2 to 5 at the Fort York. For more information, or to purchase tickets, visit tasteoftoronto.com.
