Union Chicken Serves up Fried Chicken and Champagne

TORONTO — Union Chicken is serving up a Fried Chicken and Champagne special until New Year’s Eve.

In chef Michael Angeloni’s newest creation, the champagne bubbles complement the crisp batter and, together with the acidity, cut through the dish’s rich sausage gravy.

Available at Union Chicken’s current location at Sherway Gardens in Toronto, the menu offering will also make an appearance at the soon-to-be-opened Union Chicken location in Toronto’s Union Station. The offering will be available paired with Dom Perignon ($300), Moët ($140 full or $90 for half), Fiol prosecco ($70) or sans alcohol ($34).
