VANCOUVER — Vancouver chef Josh Wolfe is capitalizing on the food truck trend, introducing two new street-meat ventures in the city.

According to The Vancouver Sun, Wolfe, the former chef at Coast restaurant and owner of the Fresh Local Wild cart (now renamed Kaboom Box by new operator Andy Fielding), already opened a sustainable hotdog stand called Sausage a Trois and is preparing to open Ma Facon, which will serve “fresh, local, wild,” cuisine.

“I’sm not going to shout about it. I’sm just going to show people,” he told The Sun. “I can’st wait to do my surf and turf burger. I’sll use beautiful organic beef.”
