TORONTO — The self-serve frozen yogurt market is heating up, with news Yogurty’s is opening its first Canadian franchised location, tomorrow, May 15, in North York, Ont.
“We are continuing expansion of our brand, making Yogurty’s available for franchise opportunities across Canada,” said Aaron Serruya, CEO, Yogurty’s.
The new location features a large patio and more than 100 flavours of self-serve frozen yogurt, made from Canadian dairy products and toppings.
Canadian-based Yogurty’s is the largest self-serve frozen yogurt group of stores in Ontario. Yogurty’s currently has 30 locations opened or in development across Ontario, Mexico, Costa Rica and the United Arab Emirates.
Yogurty’s will celebrate its North York grand opening from June 2 to 3, from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m., with complimentary Yogurty’s frozen yogurt and fun family activities. The new store is located at 4922 Yonge Street.
