OSOYOOS, B.C. — Watermark Beach Resort and 15 Park Bistro have named Jordan Shoemaker as the new restaurant manager.
A certified sommelier, Shoemaker joins the team with more than 20 years of experience in the industry. At 15 Park Bistro, he oversees all aspects of the restaurant, from front-of-house operations to working closely with the kitchen team alongside executive chef Nick Atkins. Most recently, Shoemaker held the assistant general manager role at Miradoro Restaurant, an award-winning winery restaurant in Oliver, B.C. He has also worked for Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, Le Relais & Chateau Post Hotel, Hyatt Regency and others.
“15 Park Bistro has undergone an incredible transformation, it’s a place for great food, great cocktails, and the wine list is outstanding,” says Shoemaker. “I look forward to bringing my experience from previous restaurants to share with the team so we can keep excelling and delivering exceptional service.”
