OAKVILLE, Ont. —The Works Gourmet Burger Bistro is launching its Works World Tour today, featuring limited-time burger flavours and beer pairings from around the world.
The special burger itinerary includes the Italian Under the Tuscan Bun ($16.96) featuring a signature beef patty topped with sliced porchetta, basil aioli, sundried tomatoes, arugula and green onion paired with a Birra Moretti beer; the Banh Mi Banh You ($16.46), a gourmet burger patty topped with cream cheese, crispy vegetable slaw, fresh herbs and sweet and spicy sauce, paired with a Singha Lager; and the Bacon You Fancy Eh? ($16.98), a bacon and beef patty topped with extra-old aged Canadian white cheddar, thick-cut Canadian maple bacon, bacon-roasted tomatoes, arugula and creamy mayo on a warm Canadian Ace Bakery bun, paired with a Moosehead lager.
