Elsevier Releases the Latest Edition of Its Hygiene Handbook

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. — Elsevier, the worldwide provider of scientific, technical and medical information, released the latest edition of its Handbook of Hygiene Control in the Food Industry today. Elsevier also announced the publication of 11 additional food science and safety books. The new titles will be showcased at the annual Institute of Food Technologists Expo (IFT16), held in Chicago July 16 to 19.

Elsevier’s latest handbook has been updated to reflect the latest research and development in the field of hygiene and microbiological risks management and will provide food facilities with information on biofilm detection for preventing and controlling pathogens and pathogen resistance.
