STOUFFVILLE, Ont. — King Cole Ducks held its 3rd annual Duckfest yesterday. The free event featured chef stations sampling different and delicious ways to enjoy duck.
Participating local restaurants included Brick and Fire, Aqua, Bijoys, Tremont Café, Food in Motion, Hungry Brew Hops & Lil’ Brew Hops, Scorpion, SnackMrkt.,Wickedly Sinful and the King Cole Cook Crew. Dishes included duck spiedini, pulled duck meat, smoked duck breast, duck burgers, duck paté and duck confit.
