AFURI Ramen + Dumpling officially opened its first Canadian location on January 7 in Richmond, B.C. The restaurant — acclaimed in its home country of Japan — has crossed the pond in an effort to expand its customer base.
The restaurant’s menu will feature the same signature dishes as its American and Japanese sister restaurants, including ramen dishes such as Yuzo Shio, Yuzu Shoyu, Tonkotsu tantanmen and hazelnut tantanmen.
AFURI also offers Karaage Gohan, kakuni chashu gohan and kimchi gohan, all served over a bed of rice.
The restaurant will be open from Sunday to Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
