WINNIPEG — McDonald’s first pilot in its sustainable beef program is said to feature Canadian beef, reports Alberta Farmer Express.
“It is still in the preliminary stages, so there are a lot of details to be worked out, but everyone is on the same page,” Greg Bowie, chair of Alberta Beef Producers and a CRSB member told Alberta Farmer Express. “They’re working with industry to come up with something that is sustainable long term, for the entire industry.”
