POINTE-CLAIRE, Que. — Aliments ED Foods has relaunched LUDA Inspiration, a complete family of dehydrated products available to the foodservice industry.
All LUDA Inspiration products, including four new recipes — Gluten-Free Demi-Glace, No MSG Hollandaise, Gluten-Free Culinary Cream Base and Gluten-Free Culinary Tomato Base — were crafted to be versatile, easy to prepare and help add the final touch to any meal.
The line also features improved packaging to better suit the products and showcase the new-and- improved signature.
