HALIFAX – When it comes to sating the coffee cravings of Canada’s naval forces, it appears as though it’s Tim Hortons — and “There shall be no acceptable substitute,” — that does the trick. According to a CBC report, the Maritime Forces Atlantic command has issued a tender for a supplier of Tim’s coffee for its sailors and support staff in the Halifax region.
