MENOMONEE FALLS, Wis. — Andre Frenette is Alto-Shaam’s new National Service Manager for Canada.
In this brand-new role, Frenette will manage and support all authorized service providers across Canada and will be the primary link between service providers in the region and Alto-Shaam’s global technical-support team.
“I’m pleased to be joining the Alto-Shaam family, and I am excited to get started in this new role,” says Frenette. “I’m looking forward to ensuring that we continue to provide our partners and providers with the highest quality products and services – exceeding their expectations at every touchpoint.”
With more than 25 years of experience in the industry, Frenette has also worked as a field-service technician and in service-manager roles within the food safety, cleaning and kitchen equipment sectors.
