MENOMONEE FALLS, Wis.– Alto-Shaam is pleased to announce the addition of John Alfano as Northeast Regional Sales Manager. In his new role, John will be responsible for the management and development of the company’s business in the Northeastern U.S., spanning Virginia through Maine.
John brings more than 20 years of experience in the foodservice and retail industries. Most recently, John was with BSE Marketing, Alto-Shaam’s New York Metro-based representative agency. Prior to that, John ran his own firm where he worked in conjunction with Unified Brands. There, he focused his efforts in the New York Metro area with school foodservice, multi-unit, chain, and contract management business segments. John began his career with Hobart as a Territory Sales Manager, where he spent more than 10 years developing his professional skills and business relationships.
John is a native New Yorker, currently residing in Long Island, N.Y. John attended Suffolk County Community College where he earned a degree in Business Administration. John is a Certified Foodservice Professional (CFSP).
