The business is working closely with convenience stores and other retailers, as well as restaurant owners and professionals in the hospital and healthcare sectors to ensure they have the equipment they need.
Alto-Shaam is also ensuring its culinary chefs are on-hand to provide expert advice on introducing new menus and testing new products, and in making the most of the equipment already installed. The Technical-Support team is similarly still engaged, working closely with its Authorized Service Network to minimize equipment downtime and ensure a steady supply of spare parts.
Crucially, its production facility in Wisconsin continues to manufacture the full range of kitchen equipment solutions and continues to maintain its QuickShip program for same day/next day shipping on its most popular product models in select regions.
