TORONTO — Open Concept Hospitality has announced the opening of Amano Trattoria, its newest restaurant in Old Toronto.
Inspired by award-winning restaurant Amano Pasta, guests at Amano Trattoria will enjoy classic and modern Italian flavours inspired by chef Michael Angeloni, such as homemade pasta, traditional-style pizzas and assaggini boards. The restaurant also features a curated wine list and fully stocked cocktail bar.
Amano Trattoria is open Tuesday to Thursday from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday to Saturday from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m.
