VANCOUVER — AnnaLena has added chef Erin Searle to its back-of-house team. She has stepped into the role of restaurant chef.
A graduate of Vancouver Community College, Searle has spent several years honing her craft at establishments such as Bacchus at the Wedgewood Hotel and Diva at the Met. She joins AnnaLena from Meat & Bread, where she held the position of chef/GM.
