Annual Araxi Longtable Dinner Returns To North Arm Farm

WHISTLER, B.C. — Araxi Restaurant + Oyster Bar hosted its seventh-annual Longtable Dinner on August 20 at North Arm Farm in Pemberton, B.C.

This year, Araxi’s executive chef James Walt headlined the event with help from chef Jorge Muñoz Santos from sister restaurant Bar Oso, together with restaurant director Neil Henderson and sommelier Samantha Rahn, who orchestrated the dinner and wine service.

Chef Walt’s menu — a cocktail and canape reception followed by a four-course family-style feast — showcased the best of the season with farm fresh ingredients.
