Aqua Star’s Corporate Chef Named Personal Chef at 2010 Olympics


TORONTO – Darryl Fletcher, chef at Toronto-based fish and seafood supplier Aqua Star has been named personal chef of the Canadian Freestyle Skiing, Canadian Snowboard and Ski Cross Teams for the 2010 Winter Olympics. Along with his team, consisting of Stephen Goyda (executive chef, Deer Ridge Golf Course), Felix Sano (executive chef, Emerald Hills Golf Course) and Darnell Gregg, Fletcher will be cooking three meals a day in a private school where the Canadian sports teams will be staying. “It’s an honour to be asked and hopefully we will cook for a gold medal winner,” said Fletcher.
