EDMONTON — Aramark has signed on as the new food and beverage provider at Rogers Place, home of the Edmonton Oilers, which is set to open next September. The company recently inked a five-year agreement to manage general concessions, suites and club level dining, restaurants and catering.

“OEG is delighted to partner with Aramark to deliver an amazing food-and-beverage experience for our fans and patrons at Rogers Place,” Darryl Boessenkool, COO of Oilers Entertainment Group. “The food and beverage offerings at Rogers Place will be fresh, diverse and locally inspired, with significant focus on an enhanced service and culinary experience throughout the facility. OEG is committed to exceptional in-venue food and beverage at Rogers Place.” The company is looking to hire a new food and beverage GM.

The Rogers Place will offer modern design trends, new cooking techniques and advanced technology. The first order of business under the agreement will be the recruitment and hiring of a food and beverage GM for Rogers Place.
