Arby’s Appoints New CEO

ATLANTA — Paul Brown is pegged to become the new CEO at Arby’s Restaurant Group, effective May 13.

“Paul is the ideal leader to further Arby’s strategic vision and build upon our strong sales performance and momentum. He will strengthen the collaborative relationship between Arby’s franchisees, employees, suppliers and stakeholders,” said Jon Luther, chairman of the Arby’s Board of Directors.

“We’re thrilled to attract his level of talent, which is indicative of our future growth potential.”

Brown joins the company from Hilton Worldwide where he served as the president of Brands and Commercial Services since 2008. Brown previously served as SVP of Global Brand Services at InterContinental Hotels Group, president of Expedia.com. and was a partner at McKinsey & Company.
