BANFF, Alta. — Bon Appétit Banff begins in its namesake Canadian city Thursday, Nov. 17.

“Bon Appétit Banff is a new way for visitors to enjoy a selection of fine dining opportunities at unprecedented value in one of the world’s most scenic and beloved settings,” said Stu Back, director of In-Resort Services, Banff Lake Louise Tourism. “The festival is a way for us to honour the dedicated restaurants that have helped secure Banff’s status as a top culinary destination in Canada.”

The new 10-day festival will offer foodies a chance to sample fine foods at discounted prices at local restaurants in Banff and the nearby hamlet of Lake Louise. A prix-fixe three-course menu of $25 or $35 will be available at 18 select restaurants, including Castello Ristorante at The Fairmont Banff Springs, The Juniper Hotel and Bistro as well as St. James Gate.
